How do we work
At Aging Guardians LLC, we streamline the senior care placement process with personalized support:
Initial Consultation: We connect with you and your family through email, phone, or in person to understand your needs.
Intake Form: You'll complete a form detailing medical history, preferred locations, finances, and other key information to guide our search.
Customized Search: We identify communities that meet your criteria and arrange tours.
Guided Tours: We accompany you or your family on tours, offering insights to help you make informed decisions.
Move-In Support: Once a community is chosen, we coordinate the move-in date and assist throughout the transition.
Follow-Up: We check in with you and your family 1–2 weeks after the move to ensure satisfaction.
